Cauldron by Wizard Trees: D-Lish Meets Black Magic
Cauldron Wizard Trees genetics bring together two distinctive varieties: D-Lish x Black Magic. This modern American hybrid combines sweet, dessert-inspired aromas with the deeper, fuel-like character associated with the breeder’s Black Magic collection.
Wizard Trees has become well known for its unusual genetic combinations, and Cauldron is another interesting addition to its range.
D-Lish introduces a sweeter side to the pairing, while Black Magic contributes the bold, gassy character found in several other Wizard Trees releases.
The result is a balanced hybrid with a recognisable aromatic profile and a particularly striking appearance.
Flavour and Aroma: Sweet Candy and Gas
One of the standout features of Cauldron is its combination of candy sweetness, dessert notes and sharp gas aromas.
Wizard Trees describes a rich, sugary character with a deeper fuel-like edge. These contrasting qualities give the variety a more complex profile than a straightforward sweet or fruity hybrid.
The dessert-inspired notes provide a softer character, while the pronounced gas aromas introduce something stronger and more distinctive.
Rather than one characteristic dominating completely, Cauldron brings these different elements together.
For collectors interested in modern American cannabis genetics, this sweet-and-gassy combination is an appealing part of its identity.
What Makes Cauldron Genetics Special?
Cauldron is particularly interesting because of its unusual visual characteristics.
Wizard Trees describes deep purple colouring, almost black leaves and a thick white coating of resin. This creates a striking contrast, giving the variety an appearance that the breeder compares to white velvet.
Another distinctive feature is its pronounced calyx structure, with tightly grouped formations creating a dense, textured appearance.
The breeder also highlights the consistency of its characteristics, with two main expressions that share similar colours and aromatic qualities.
Cauldron belongs to the wider Black Magic collection, alongside varieties such as Black Bow, Black Light and Black Orchard.
Although these releases share a common parent, each has its own genetic background and aromatic personality.
She is available as feminised cannabis seeds and is classified as an Indica/Sativa hybrid.
