Blue Moby by Seedstockers: Genetics and Background
Blue Moby by Seedstockers is a feminized hybrid created from Blue Dream x Moby Dick x Alpha Blue genetics. For collectors searching specifically for Blue Moby Seedstockers, this is an interesting three-way cross that combines famous Blue genetics with the well-known Moby Dick family.
Blue Dream brings much of the sweeter berry character, while Moby Dick adds another established genetic line to the mix. Alpha Blue completes the combination and helps give Blue Moby its distinctive identity.
Seedstockers currently places THC in the 14–22% range, making this more moderate on paper than many of the extreme high-THC hybrids appearing in newer catalogues.
Flavour, Aroma and Character
Blueberry is one of the most noticeable themes running through Blue Moby.
Seedstockers describes the strain with sweet candy and spicy flavours, while more detailed breeder notes highlight rich blueberry aromas ranging from blueberry syrup to blueberry pie.
There is also an earthier and slightly woody character underneath the sweetness, giving the profile more depth.
We particularly like that contrast. The blueberry and candy notes give Blue Moby a modern fruity side, while spice, wood and earth prevent it from becoming overly sugary.
It makes for a profile that should appeal to collectors who like fruit-led genetics but still appreciate some more traditional aromas underneath.
What Makes the Seedstockers Version Different?
The three-parent lineage is what gives this version its identity.
Rather than simply offering another Blue Dream cross, Seedstockers combines Blue Dream, Moby Dick and Alpha Blue in one feminized release.
That gives this veriety connections to several recognised genetic families while still keeping the finished strain easy to understand.
It is also important not to confuse this product with Blue Moby Autoflower by Seedstockers, which is a separate release with a different breeding path. The feminized Blue Moby described here is the Blue Dream x Moby Dick x Alpha Blue version.
Our Take
At SeedMasters.com, we think Blue Moby is one of the more interesting fruit-focused hybrids in the Seedstockers range.
The Blue Dream x Moby Dick x Alpha Blue combination gives it plenty of genetic interest, while blueberry, candy, spice and earth create a profile with a clear personality.
We also like that it isn’t built around the same Cookies or Gelato genetics seen in so many modern hybrids.
For collectors interested in Blue Dream-related strains, fruity terpene profiles and distinctive Seedstockers genetics, Blue Moby is certainly one worth considering.
