Sherblato by Flavour Chasers: Sunset Sherbet Meets Gelato
Sherblato Flavour Chasers genetics bring together two popular Californian varieties: Sunset Sherbet x Gelato. This Indica-dominant hybrid combines the sweet, fruity character of Sunset Sherbet with the creamy, dessert-inspired qualities that have made Gelato one of the most recognisable names in modern cannabis genetics.
Both parents have strong connections to the famous Girl Scout Cookies family, giving Sherblato an interesting genetic background.
Flavour Chasers has built its reputation around bringing distinctive American genetics to collectors in the UK and Europe. Sherblato fits perfectly into that collection, offering a combination of familiar heritage and a particularly appealing aromatic profile.
Flavour and Aroma: Sweet Berries, Citrus and Candy
One of the standout features of Sherblato is its rich, dessert-inspired aromatic character.
Flavour Chasers describes a combination of sweet berries, skunky citrus and candy-like notes. These characteristics give the variety a distinctive personality, bringing together fruity sweetness with a slightly sharper undertone.
Sunset Sherbet contributes its recognisable berry and citrus character, while Gelato introduces the creamy sweetness associated with its famous genetic family.
There’s also a subtle skunky quality that adds depth, preventing the overall profile from being entirely sugary.
Unlike varieties that focus heavily on fuel-like aromas, Sherblato takes a sweeter direction, with fruit and confectionery-inspired notes forming the main attraction.
This makes it particularly interesting for collectors who appreciate the aromatic diversity of modern Californian genetics.
What Makes These Genetics Special?
One of the main attractions of Sherblato is its connection to two established American varieties.
Sunset Sherbet descends from Girl Scout Cookies and Pink Panties, while Gelato combines Sunset Sherbet with Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies.
This gives Sherblato a particularly strong connection to the Cookies family, which has influenced numerous modern cannabis hybrids.
The variety is generally classified as Indica-dominant, with a genetic balance commonly listed at approximately 60% Indica and 40% Sativa.
Sherblato is available as feminised photoperiod cannabis seeds from Flavour Chasers.
Descriptions also highlight its dense, frosted appearance, reflecting the visual characteristics associated with its parent varieties.
Although various retailers publish THC percentages, these figures differ between sources. We therefore prefer to concentrate on its documented genetics and aromatic profile rather than presenting an uncertain figure as fact.
