Shark Shock

These fruity flavored cannabis seeds are a cross between White Widow and Skunk #1.

The White widow family won many awards in the 1990s and is a true connoisseur strain famous for the white crystals that this strain produces. It also shares a heritage with Great White Shark or peacemaker though it carries higher levels of CBD than its popular cousins. It has an intense smell and highly compact buds that will leave you dazed and confused if you overdo it. An extremely high yielder for a medical strain, this is the perfect choice for growers of any experience.

This Indica dominant hybrid is 80% Indica and 20% Sativa with 5% - 10% THC and 10% CBD. The THC to CBD ratio is always above 1:1 and sometimes up to 1:2 making this strain an excellent choice for medical patients.

Shark Shock, or Shark Widow, resembles a skunk number 1 in smell and appearance. The densely packed buds offer intense aromatics of wood and earth, yet offer a sweetness that is often associated with White Widow. The strong garlic aroma and bittersweet taste make for a powerfully relaxing effect without being overwhelming. We found the bud to develop slightly earlier than what you would expect from a skunk and produces much more crystal content.

Sufferers of anxiety, insomnia, headaches, depression, and muscle pain are big fans of this strain. Finger hash and edibles are also recommended by users as the crystal content can be extremely high.

The flowering stage takes approximately 55 - 70 days to fruition when done indoors. Easily harvested either in or out of doors, this easy to grow beauty can quickly yield up to 500g/m2.

Harvest is suggested around mid-October outdoors. Shark Shock, also called Great White Shark, can produce between 600 - 900 grams of compact, feminized buds oozing with resiny goodness with flowering in as soon as 40 to 50 days. Beginners and pros alike can bring in big yields easily with this strain with little hassle.

The buds on this dynamo are thick and tight on strong branches. Glittery crystals set off the fine hairs, ranging from rust colored to pale blond.

Outside, this plant finishes in the Northern hemisphere in late September or early October; in the Southern hemisphere, March to early April is harvest time. Although this is not a temperamental strain, growers should take care not to over fertilize.
