Our Take
At SeedMasters.com, Cinnamon Buddha OG immediately caught our attention because its story feels inseparable from the genetics themselves.
The Florida Cut OG has been protected and passed between trusted enthusiasts for decades, while the original Fire OG parent adds another layer of rarity. That gives this cross a genuine sense of importance that cannot be recreated simply by attaching the OG name to a modern hybrid.
We are equally impressed by the terpene profile. Cinnamon is rarely presented as such a prominent characteristic, and its combination with pine, nutmeg and lemon pepper sounds far more distinctive than the familiar sweet-fruit flavours found throughout many contemporary collections.
Its structure and finished appearance also remain true to traditional OG genetics. The lanky form, thinner leaves and generous stretch are balanced by substantial resinous flowers, purple colour potential and the density expected from its strong indica influence.
For collectors exploring the SeedMasters.com range for rare American genetics, powerful evening character and an old-school spice-and-pine profile, Cinnamon Buddha OG is one of the more intriguing Humboldt Seed Organization varieties available.
It feels like a strain created not only to be appreciated, but also to protect an important part of cannabis breeding history for the future.
