Skywalker Haze by Dutch Passion: Genetics and Background
Skywalker Haze by Dutch Passion is a feminized, sativa-dominant hybrid created from Original Skywalker x Amsterdam Amnesia genetics. For collectors searching specifically for Skywalker Haze Dutch Passion, this strain brings together several important names from the breeder’s history.
Original Skywalker was created from Blueberry x Mazar, before Dutch Passion crossed this line with a specially selected Amsterdam Amnesia clone. The result combines the fruity character of Skywalker with the sharper, more traditional personality of Amnesia Haze.
Dutch Passion describes Skywalker Haze as a high-THC strain, with typical results around 15–20% THC and selected examples reaching above 20%.
Skywalker Haze Flavour, Aroma and Character
The aroma is one of the strongest features of this strain.
Dutch Passion describes a lemony Haze profile with citrus, berries and spicy notes. Some expressions lean heavily towards fresh lemon and herbs, while others bring out more earthy tones and hints of blueberry.
That variation makes the profile particularly interesting.
The citrus side is fresh and slightly sour rather than sugary, while the berry notes bring some of the Blueberry heritage back into the mix. Spice and classic Haze aromas then add a much more traditional edge.
For us, it feels like a good meeting point between fruity modern genetics and old-school Haze.
What Makes the Dutch Passion Version Different?
Skywalker Haze has a very clear connection to Dutch Passion’s own breeding history.
The breeder first created Original Skywalker from Blueberry x Mazar, two strains closely linked with the Dutch Passion catalogue. That line was then crossed with the breeder’s Amsterdam Amnesia selection to produce Skywalker Haze.
It also picked up 3rd place in the Haze Indoor category at the 2020 Homegrown Cup, shortly before its official release in 2021.
That gives the strain extra collector interest beyond the genetics alone.
Our Take on Skywalker Haze by Dutch Passion
At SeedMasters.com, we think Skywalker Haze is one of the more interesting modern strains in Dutch Passion’s Classics collection.
The Original Skywalker x Amsterdam Amnesia pairing brings together Blueberry, Mazar and Amnesia influences in a way that still feels easy to understand.
We particularly like the combination of lemon, berries, herbs, earth and spicy Haze notes. There is plenty going on, but the profile still has a clear identity.
For collectors interested in classic Dutch Passion genetics, sativa-dominant hybrids and strains with strong Haze heritage, Skywalker Haze is certainly one worth considering.
