Regular cannabis seeds are the bread and butter of any breeder, as well as making up the lion share of genetic stock for teenage basement bagseed growers. Regular seeds can produce both male and female flowers, and can be any variation of Indica/Sativa depending entirely on the strain.

Regular seeds remain the most elemental form of cannabis seed available. They are very useful to breeders but perhaps not so useful for novice growers, given the chances of hermie/male flowers. That being said regular seeds can, and often do, produce high quality buds, they are just less reliable than feminized seeds.
